You remember your Corner Store.
Every neighborhood has one. It might smell of cedar chips and sawdust, salami and sausages, or lox and onions, but it's your Corner Store. It's the kind of store your parents visited when they were kids, as did their parents before them. It was the first place your mom let you go to alone, your first step to independence, your window to the world.
The Corner Store was a place filled with wonders, from comic books to movie magazines, from balsa wood planes with wind-up propellers to bright plastic butterfly barrettes. Our Corner Store is filled with wonders, too: glimpses of the great "Out There," journeys around the world or in your own backyard, a selection of amazing knowledge and fascinating facts. That's what we want to do here and what we want this site to be.
Corner Store Entertainment is about the fun of learning, the power of knowledge. Our philosophy is that what you know helps you grow, both as children and as adults. We've dedicated our company to making media in all formats that furthers this goal, from the Internet to television and print.
